Young wants us to do salary cap so that he doesn't release everyone from your team cause currently if you didn't do yours everybody has a 1 yr contract. Also If you make a move you have to report it on the site and fix your cap. Help him out a bit.

Actually, I'd be the one who would adjust the cap. You guys just have to make it. Its very simple.
