Since we're only going to occupy 16 of the 32 teams - I think we should allow Human / CPU trades. if we make it to where you have to get league approval on this board prior to making the trade.

hmmm... Not a bad idea, however I feel we are going to get a full 32 by the end of the week, however if we don't I will use this idea.

OH! i thought this was just gonna be half the league Human half CPU. I thought you were only looking for a 16 man Franchise.

Well at the moment Im really only looking for 16ish to start the draft. I really want 20 to start the draft so we can do it, but 16 is enough I feel.
